From Yangarra Estate’s organically and biodynamically farmed vineyard in Blewitt Springs, this distinctive white blend draws inspiration from the textured whites of the Southern Rhône. Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, Roussanne, Clairette and Bourboulenc are fermented and matured in ceramic eggs, with a portion undergoing extended skin contact to build texture and complexity. Aromas of peach, citrus, orchard fruit and dried herbs lead to a richly textured palate of preserved lemon, pear, nectarine and subtle spice. Bright acidity, saline minerality and fine phenolic grip provide balance, leading to a long, savory finish.
