Returns

Instore Returns:

• Return must be initiated within 10 days of purchase. A receipt must be presented instore. Bottle/s must be unopened and undamaged. Exchanges and refunds will be granted on a case by case basis.

• Damaged during shipment must be reported within 10 days of shipment to receive a refund/ store credit. We may ask for photos and or shipment of all or some of the damaged items. Upon the fulfillment of these requests, we will issue a refund to the card the purchase was made with.

• Please hold on to items and the existing packaging so that we can arrange for a return pick up. We will credit to you all or a portion of your order within 5 business days.
