Cancellation and Refund Policy: The Client may cancel this reservation with a minimum of 7 days' written notice before the scheduled event date to receive a full refund of the rental fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will result in the forfeiture of the rental fee. The refund will be processed within 7 days after the cancellation date.

Use of Venue: The Venue will be made available to the Client for the event on the specified date and time. The Client agrees to use the Venue solely for the purpose stated above and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Client shall not sublease, assign, or share the Venue with any other party.

Liability and Insurance: The Client assumes all responsibility and liability for any damages, injuries, or losses that occur during the event. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Venue Owner harmless from any claims, costs, or liabilities arising from the event.

Termination: The Venue Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Client fails to comply with any terms and conditions stated herein. In such a case, the rental fee and security deposit shall be forfeited.
