Policy for Organizing Private Events
Rental Fee:
The rental fee is for the exclusive use of the back space and covers a 4-hour rental period.
Customized rental packages may be available depending on the event’s specifics.Please note: This fee covers the space only.
Drink Packages:
Drink packages are separate from the rental fee and are typically available by the bottle or by the glass.
A $10 corking fee applies to each bottle.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
The Client may cancel the reservation with a minimum of 7 days' written notice before the scheduled event to receive a full refund of the rental fee.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the rental fee.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of cancellation.
Use of Venue:
The Venue will be available for the Client's use on the specified date and time.
The Client agrees to use the Venue solely for the event’s stated purpose and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The Venue may not be subleased, assigned, or shared with any other party.
Liability and Insurance:
The Client assumes full responsibility for any damages, injuries, or losses that occur during the event.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Grape Bottle harmless from any resulting claims, costs, or liabilities.
Termination:
Grape Bottle reserves the right to terminate this agreement if the Client fails to comply with the stated terms and conditions.
In such cases, both the rental fee and any security deposit will be forfeited.
