From St. Helena Winery’s estate vineyard in Napa Valley, this Cabernet Sauvignon showcases the rich, concentrated character of St. Helena fruit. The 2012 Sympa is composed of 97% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Petit Verdot. It displays a deep, dense profile of blue and black fruits, cherry, plum and bramble berry, layered with white flowers, charcoal, milk chocolate, leather, tobacco and cedar. Full-bodied and richly textured, the wine has sweet, finely grained tannins, impressive purity and a long, seamless finish.
