A blend of 92% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petit Verdot, 2% Zinfandel, and 1% Petite Sirah, the 2021 Salvestrin Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep garnet-purple color. It leaps from the glass with vibrant notes of crushed black and red currants, fresh blueberries, and Morello cherries, plus wafts of wild sage and crushed rocks. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is filled with juicy, expressive black fruits, supported by plush tannins and seamless freshness, finishing with a skip in its step.
