Crafted from high-elevation vineyards rich in volcanic sandy soils, the wine delivers remarkable tension, minerality, and precision. Aromas of citrus zest, white peach, oyster shell, wild thyme, and salted almonds unfold into a dense yet energetic palate layered with stone fruit, herbs, and saline complexity. Fermented primarily in stainless steel with a small portion in French oak tonneaux and aged on fine lees for eight months, the wine balances texture and freshness with exceptional elegance.
