Description

From Law Estate’s estate vineyards in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles, planted at elevations of approximately 1,400–1,900 feet in calcareous, limestone-rich soils, Aspire is a powerful expression of the estate’s Syrah. The 2022 is 86% Syrah and 14% Grenache, hand-harvested and aged for 22 months in 70% new French oak. It offers aromas of brambly blackberry, ripe plum and blackcurrant, accented by exotic spice and smoked meat. The palate is broad, opulent and richly textured, with refined tannins, integrated vanilla and warm spice, followed by a long finish of cedar, cigar box and polished leather.
