Description

From Giovanni Chiappini’s organically farmed vineyards in Bolgheri, Ferruggini is a fresh, food-friendly expression of the appellation made from 50% Sangiovese, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Syrah. The grapes come from the Felciaino and Fondi vineyards, with alluvial calcareous soils. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in stainless steel, it emphasizes freshness and drinkability. The wine shows ruby-red fruit, bright acidity and a fresh, dynamic palate with excellent versatility.
