Description

The 2012 Château La Vieille Cure from Fronsac is a polished, Right Bank Bordeaux that has settled nicely into early maturity. The nose shows ripe black cherry and plum, followed by notes of cedar, cocoa, tobacco, and a subtle earthy undertone.

On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with smooth, well-integrated tannins and a rounded, Merlot-driven core.
