BUILT TO THE GLASS
Seven courses from Chef Jason Borajkiewicz, each one built to its wine.

An intimate evening celebrating some of California's most sought after wines, including Schrader, Mondavi Reserve, Double Diamond, Sea Smoke and Booker. Many are allocated or available only through mailing lists.

We open and close on the same vineyard. The first glass and the last both come from To Kalon in Oakville, the vineyard Robert Mondavi bought in 1966: one white, one red, sixty years apart.

Alex and Robert of Grape Bottle, along with a representative from Schrader Cellars, will pour and introduce each wine as it reaches the table. The Restorative will close to the public for this one night.

Maple Brook Farm mushrooms, rich local egg yolk, crispy shallots, buttered brioche

Seared duck breast, roasted beets, savory granola

Robert Mondavi Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Braised short rib, celery root, hickory burnt onions, jus gras

The menu is fixed and includes shellfish, fish, egg and red meat. Please share any allergies or dietary needs when you book, and we will accommodate what we can with notice.

Seats are nonrefundable within 7 days of the dinner but can be transferred to another guest.
