Colour Pale straw. Bouquet Ripe citrus, melon and passionfruit. Secondary barrel fermentation notes are very subtle. Palate A warm season shows through with sweet mid-palate richness and an array of fresh fruit flavours.

Distinctive flavors of passion fruit and sweet lime intermingled with layers of minerality; with lifted floral notes, grapefruit and white peach aromas. The mid palate is rich and textured with a mouth watering acidity. Nutty and savory complexities will continue to build and provide great interest.

The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc leads with pronounced thiols (sweaty kiwi fruit, lemongrass, tatami mat, gooseberry, et al.). In the mouth, the acidity is piercingly intense—wow! It’s good, though, and gives the wine a razor edge. It’s surprisingly different to the 2022 vintage tasted prior. 13% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
