A 5 generation family winery Massimo Rivetti has 25 hectares cultivated under organic certification with indigenous yeast and no pesticides or chemicals used Annual production is around 100.000 bottles, mainly divided between Barbaresco and Barbera d’Alba. All the fields are grouped around Froi, Garassino and Palazzina. In Froi there is the winery which is built on Serraboella hill, one of the most important for the production of Barbaresco.

Colour is ruby red with garnet red high-lights. Full nose with violet and licorice notes. Acid and tannins very good and balanced. Taste is full, dry and velvety with a medium to long finish. Great fruit
