The Heitz Cellar Napa Valey Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from our vineyards throughout the Napa Valley, each of which contributes different sensory attributes to the final blend. The purpose behind the Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is to create a wine that is representative of Napa Valley and to highlight all hte qualities that make this area one of hte world's premier wine growing regions. We continue to craft this wine to be a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon blend and is made in the signature Heitz style to be fresh, elegantly structured, and built with the option for aging or enjoying upon release.

"Heitzs 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon is predominantly St. Helena fruit, but it includes grapes from other AVAs as well. With its cherry notes and some darker, more cassis-like nuances, hints of dried herbs and dusty earth, its pretty classic old-school Cabernet. Medium to full-bodied, its linear, silky and fine, avoiding any sense of jammy excess."
