Tinto Pesquera’s Crianza easily demonstrates why the Tempranillos produced by Familia Fernández Rivera have been appreciated by the most demanding palates for over 40 years.

TASTING NOTES

COLOUR: A clean, bright-coloured wine with a ruby-red hue and some violet undertones. NOSE: Medium to powerful aromatics with hints of fresh red berry fruits, such as red currants and raspberries, together with toasted and roasted coffee bean notes. PALATE: A silky, elegant entry on the palate. Deliciously rich with good acidity and very pleasant, well-integrated tannins. Intense red berry fruit flavours come through in the finish. The oak is harmoniously integrated bringing hintsof toast and vanilla, characteristic of a wine aged in American oak.

WINEMAKING NOTES

AGEING: The wine was aged at least 12months in American oak barrels, then in bottle before being released onto the market.

"A full and layered red with a deep core of dark fruit and hints of ground cloves, hazelnuts and sandalwood. Structured and firm, with chewy tannins. It’s rich but balanced, showing persistence and focus. Lingering finish. Better after 2025."
