The 2018 Tacana Malbec from the Calchaquí Valley is bold yet fresh, showing ripe blackberry, plum, violet, and a touch of graphite shaped by high-altitude intensity. The palate is full-bodied and polished, with firm but approachable tannins, dark fruit concentration, and a subtle herbal lift on the finish. Youthful and expressive, it drinks well now with air and has the structure to hold comfortably for a few more years.
