Description

The 2015 L’Ermitage Brut Rosé opens with delicate salmon‑pink hues and fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose it delivers aromatic notes of red berries, pink tart, and gently baked apple with underlying hints of brioche and creamy autolysis. On the palate it is textured and refined, combining bright acidity with crisp red fruit, gentle minerality, and a soft yeast‑driven creaminess. The structure is elegant yet substantial, the mousse fine and lingering, culminating in a crisp, mouthwatering finish.
