Description

From El Peral in the Uco Valley’s Tupungato, this 100% Semillón comes from an old-vine vineyard and reflects the high-altitude, cool-climate character of the area. The wine is made with indigenous yeasts, with a short period of skin fermentation before finishing in stainless steel. It offers expressive aromas of yellow apple, quince, grapefruit, toasted sesame, sunflower and subtle beeswax, with a rounded, juicy palate marked by fresh acidity, saline minerality and an exceptionally long finish.
