Description

The Medivol Crémant de Limoux Brut Rosé NV is a thoughtfully crafted sparkling wine from the Languedoc region of southern France. Made using the traditional method and following organic and biodynamic practices, it blends Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and Pinot Noir, with only the finest free-run juice—coeur de presse—used for fermentation. The wine is aged for a minimum of 12 months on the lees, developing complexity and finesse.

In the glass, it shows a pale, delicate pink hue with fine bubbles. The nose is lively and expressive, offering aromas of wild strawberries, cherry, citrus peel, and a hint of brioche. On the palate, it is dry and precise, with bright acidity and flavors of red berries, lemon zest, green apple, and subtle almond. A creamy mousse gives it texture, while the finish is clean and lifted, with lingering notes of citrus and toast.
