Forge Cellars Cabernet Franc Railroad, Seneca Lake, USA 2024

Description

Railroad Cabernet Franc comes from mature vines on Seneca Lake’s eastern shore, delivering depth and structure with a distinctly red-fruited character. The 2024 vintage reveals roasted raspberry, violet and graphite, balancing ripeness with freshness. Spontaneously fermented with a proportion of whole clusters, it matures for twelve months in barrel before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
