Forge Cellars Breakneck Creek Vineyard Dry Riesling, Seneca Lake, USA 2023

Description

Floral elegance meets saline precision in this single-vineyard Dry Riesling from Seneca Lake’s eastern shore. Two Riesling clones, vinified and aged separately before blending, contribute contrasting layers of rose, lily and gravelly minerality. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in barrel, the 2023 Breakneck Creek combines texture and energy in a distinctive, dry expression of its vineyard.
