Sourced from the shale-rich soils of Breakneck Creek Vineyard on the east side of Seneca Lake, Forge Cellars’ 2022 Dry Riesling is a vibrant and finely etched expression of Finger Lakes terroir. Aromas of lime zest, white peach, orchard fruit, orange blossom, and crushed stone lead into a beautifully textured palate layered with citrus, saline minerality, and lively acidity. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in neutral oak, the wine balances precision and depth with remarkable finesse. Delicate yet energetic, this Riesling finishes long and dry with a signature silky mineral edge that reflects the cool-climate character of the site.
