Domaine de la Janasse Cuvée Chaupin 2021 is an exceptional expression of pure Grenache grown on the famed sandy soils of the Chaupin and La Crau lieux‑dits. This vintage opens with aromas of black cherry, red plum, and wild herbs, layered with licorice, peppery garrigue and dried oregano. On the palate it delivers structured elegance, fine‑grained tannins, vibrant acidity and a long, pure finish – designed for both immediate pleasure and long‑term cellaring.
