Blessed with Saint Emilion’s telltale perfume and elegance, it offers an affordable taste of one of Bordeaux’ finest terroirs. Soils : clayey-sandy and sandy with a hint of lime Area under vine : 9.72 hectares Varieties : 65% Merlot, 35% Cabernets Average age of the vines : 45 years Winemaking : 100% fermented in stainless steel after a pre ferment maceration of one week. Pressed vertically for a very soft extraction. Ageing in French oak barrels
