A rare, limited-production Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon crafted from the prized Block 1 vineyard and presented in an impressive 1.5L Magnum. The 2005 Sympa Reserve was naturally fermented with native yeasts, aged for 20 months in French oak barrels, and bottled unfiltered to preserve its depth and complexity. Rich aromas of blackcurrant, cassis, blackberry, cedar, graphite, tobacco, dark chocolate, and baking spices lead to a full-bodied palate with layers of ripe dark fruit, espresso, vanilla, and refined tannins. Beautifully mature while still capable of further aging, this collectible Cabernet is an exceptional bottle for special occasions and serious cellars.
