TRAVEL DETAILS
Arrive: Pasco (PSC) – Thursday, September 25
Depart: Sunday, September 28
We recommend Delta Airlines for the most convenient routing, though United is also a viable option.
Flights are not included.
LODGING
We will stay at The Lodge at Columbia Point in Richland, WA, a beautiful riverside property overlooking the Columbia River.
Expect scenic views, comfortable accommodations, and a relaxed luxury setting to unwind after full tasting days.
Day 1
Thursday – September 25
Arrival & Welcome Dinner
- Arrive in Pasco (PSC)
- Check in at The Lodge at Columbia Point
- 5:30 PM – Welcome dinner at Fable Craft Bar & Kitchen
Enjoy cocktails, wine, and dinner overlooking the Columbia River (outdoor deck weather permitting). A relaxed first evening to settle in and connect with the group.
Day 2
Friday – September 26
Walla Walla Winery Tour
• Breakfast at the Lodge
• Private shuttle to Walla Walla (transportation provided)
11:00 AM – Tasting at Sleight of Hand Cellars
12:30 PM – Vineyard tour, lunch & tasting at Pepper Bridge Vineyards
3:00 PM – Tour & tasting at Va Piano Vineyards
4:30 PM – Tasting at Corliss (or comparable premium estate)
6:00 PM – Dinner at Walla Walla Steak Co.
Private shuttle back to the Lodge.
Day 3
Saturday – September 27
Red Mountain Experience
• Breakfast at the Lodge
• Private shuttle to Red Mountain
11:00 AM – Tasting & tour at Col Solare
12:30 PM – Vineyard tour, lunch & tasting at Hedges Family Estate
3:00 PM – Tasting at Fidelitas
4:00 PM – Tasting at Upchurch Vineyard
Return to the Lodge to refresh.
7:00 PM – Five-Course Winemaker Dinner at Fiction Restaurant
An elevated culinary experience paired with exceptional Washington wines.
Day 4
Sunday – September 28
