• Evening: Enjoy a welcome dinner at The Painted Lady in Newberg, Oregon’s premier 4-star/4-diamond restaurant, setting the tone for a journey of exceptional taste.
• Nightcap: Optional stops for wine and cocktails at local favorites like Nick’s Italian Café Backroom Bar (McMinnville) or Backroom at Ikigai (Carlton).

Day 2: Private Wine Tours & Tastings
• Morning: Start with a delightful breakfast at Carlton Bakery before heading out at 10:30 AM for a guided tour and tasting at Ken Wright Cellars.
• Midday: Savor a leisurely lunch at Gallery 2one3 in Carlton.
• Afternoon: Explore a series of intimate wine tastings at Flâneur Wines (Carlton) and Purple Hands (Dundee Hills), with a special bubbles celebration. 
• Evening: Dinner at La Rambla in McMinnville, followed by optional drinks at HiFi Wine Bar or Blind Pig for a relaxed finish close to our lodging.

Day 3: Expanding Your Wine Journey
• Morning: Enjoy breakfast at Crescent Café in McMinnville, then head out at 10:30 AM for a sparkling wine tasting at Argyle Winery in Dundee.
• Midday: Relish a casual lunch at Red Hills Market before continuing your tasting tour with visits to Patricia Green Cellars in Newberg and Résonance Wines in Carlton.
• Evening: Conclude your day with a farewell dinner at Jory at The Allison Inn & Spa in Newberg—a perfect setting to reflect on the experience.

Day 4: Farewell
• Morning: Cap off your trip with a farewell breakfast at Carlton Bakery before a private transfer returns you to Portland International Airport (PDX) for your departure.
